Return and Refund Policy
1. Our Return Policy
Hey there, Cozy Lady! We’re all about keeping you happy. If you’re not over the moon with your purchase for any reason, no worries at all! You can return it within 30 days of buying. We’ve made the return process super easy and hassle-free because that’s how we roll.
2. Return Conditions
We know you’ll take good care of your items, but just a heads up: returns need to be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on personal items like underwear and swimwear (we’re sure you understand!). Also, unless stated otherwise, sale items or special promos are usually final sale.
3. How to Return
Ready to return? Just give our friendly customer service team a shout. We’ll hook you up with a return form and code. Pop your item back in its original packaging with the form and receipt, and send it our way. The return shipping’s on you, but if we goofed and sent the wrong item or it’s faulty, we’ve got the shipping covered.
4. Refund Policy
Once we get your return and give it a quick once-over, we’ll zip that refund right back to you. We’ll use the same payment method you used originally. If you paid by card, it might take 5-10 business days to show up (blame the banks, not us!). If you used a gift card, we’ll issue a new one for the refund amount.
5. Exchanges
Want to swap for something else? No problem! Just follow the return process and place a new order. We’ll even give you a discount code for the amount of your return to use on your new order. How’s that for service?
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
Uh-oh, did we send you something less than perfect? We’re so sorry! Give us a shout ASAP and we’ll make it right. We might ask for a photo just so we can see what went wrong. Don’t worry about shipping costs for damaged or faulty items – that’s on us.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on personalized items, hygiene products, underwear, swimwear, opened cosmetics, food items, or anything under $20 (at full price). Also, if it’s been used, washed, or the original packaging is opened, we can’t take it back. We hope you understand!
8. Special Situation Returns
If you’re returning a gift, the refund goes to the gift-giver (don’t worry, we won’t tell!). For bulk purchases, we can do partial returns, but if there was a promotion or discount, we’ll adjust the refund proportionally.
9. Limits on Returns and Refunds
We love our return policy, but we’ve got to protect it too. If we notice any abuse (like wearing and returning, or constant returns), we might have to limit or refuse returns. We’re sure you get it – we want to keep things fair for everyone in our Cozy Lady family.
