Distance Sale Agreement

This agreement is between us (that’s TheCozyLady, your friendly neighborhood online shop) and you (our awesome customer). We’ll call ourselves the ‘Seller’ and you the ‘Buyer’ from here on out, just to keep things clear.

Simply put, this agreement covers the stuff you buy from our website. It’s all about making sure we’re both protected under consumer laws, especially when it comes to online shopping.

3. The Goods

You’ll find all the juicy details about our products – what they look like, how much they cost, how to pay, and how we’ll get them to you – right on our website. Just a heads up: we might tweak prices or product details from time to time.

4. Sealing the Deal

As soon as you hit that ‘Buy Now’ button and your payment goes through, we’ve got a deal! By ordering, you’re giving us a thumbs up that you’ve read and understood all the important bits about the product, delivery, and returns.

5. Show Me the Money

You can pay using any of the methods we’ve set up on our site. Just remember, we need the full payment (including any shipping costs) before we can send your goodies on their way.
